The Pop-Up Camper Market Is On!

Updated: Jan 6, 2019

What about Pop Ups? I always preached how I don’t get involved in this market. Why? It’s just not my thing; I don’t like the setting up part.

Well, I was wrong!

First of all, June ‘Tis The Season. Except this time we’re not talking about sleighs. Pop-Ups are on the market, anything you want it’s out there online, in driveways and storage facilities. Through June it’s spring cleaning time; spouses stop asking and start ordering their significant other, “Get that old pop-up outta here, now!”

$500 and under The price range is from CHEAP to paying with your first born. My motto is, “If it ain’t free, it ain’t for me.” If you’re in this business and your name is out there a little gem will land right in your lap.

I got a call to come pick up a 1990 Coleman, in PERFECT condition; always covered with good tires, title in hand, registration up to date and with everything working; for FREE. Uh, I can’t say no to that.

Pop UP and step out of a tent If you’re the old school tent lovin’ or nothin’ type of camper, then you owe it to yourself to try out a Pop-Up. We all get older and it’s nice to have something that keeps the bugs out, where you can stretch out and cook out. Pop-Ups store easy and setup fast. They are affordable (if you look around), user friendly and can be pushed into position by hand. Oh no!  I think I might be hooked on the Pop Up market, too! I picked it up, set it up in my driveway (in 25 minutes!) and had offers of up to $2600 within 18 hours.
